We are available Mon-Friday (8am-4pm) No holidays or weekends.

Shipping Policy

 All orders will be fulfilled and shipped within 1-2 business days.M-Friday!

This does not mean USPS shipping period as we cannot control that. Thank you for your patience!

You will receive a Tracking code through email to track when your package is arriving.

We will respond within 48 business hours.

Please no DMS as your messages can get lost.

  • We are not responsible for RETURNED shipping fees. As they are non-refundable.
  •  If we shipped the correct merchandise but you are dissatisfied with the size, color, style or fit – we will not reimburse shipping charges. 
  • We are not Responsible for lost or Stolen items. Please contact your local post office for assistance to further help your situation. Thank you

If you are overseas then you may receive additional shipping fees by your package carrier*

Return Policy

No Refunds. Only store credit. Qualifications required for exchange. Returns must be shipped in a box or padded poly mailer.

All items may be returned within the first week of delivery date for Original payment store credit or qualified exchange. We are not responsible for shipping costs or labels. Thank you for understanding.

For Returns please reach out to us as soon as possible within the first week.

  • No damaged items.
  • Original Packaging.
  • Perfect condition & unworn ONLY unless damaged by fulfillment, defective or receive the wrong item.

Please contact us ASAP within a week of delivery to better assist and evaluate the issue. Therefore, your items will not be accepted.
